Cobeo

Cobeo is a suite of impact-led, research-based programs, tools and methods that helps people and groups navigate collaboration in action. It makes the invisible dynamics of collaboration visible, enabling more effective co-creation across differences in expertise, culture and context.

Cobeo supports three key groups:

  • Practitioners — individuals who engage directly in collaborative work, applying expertise to shared challenges
  • Collaboration Advocates & Enablers — people and organisations who cultivate collaborative environments and processes
  • Networks Tackling Complex Problems — collectives that bring diverse perspectives to address shared challenges

Cobeo Tools are practical, interactive resources that help individuals and groups explore the dynamics, phases and challenges that arise in co-creative processes of all kinds — used for planning, facilitation, reflection and troubleshooting.

Alongside the tools, Collaborative Cultures is a Cobeo cross-sectoral program that supports people and organisations to build cultures of meaningful collaboration, developing capacities to address complex shared challenges together.

Cobeo was developed through the Scaffolding Cultural Co-Creativity Project.
